Approximately 10 years ago, I was in an apartment dreaming of owning a house. I never thought that a single woman in her late forties could have a chance of owning her own home. But that was until I met Mike Barilone and he told me I could own a home for what I was paying in rent. Of course I didn't believe him, but we started looking at houses anyway.
